Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sehaty360 platform, including website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

Sehaty360 provides tools for tracking health metrics, generating insights, and facilitating health management. However, Sehaty360 is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service, or any content, features, or functionality of the Service.

User Content

You retain all rights in the health data and other content you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

You own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit
Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights of any person
Your User Content does not contain any material that is defamatory, obscene, offensive, or otherwise objectionable

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SEHATY360, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sehaty360, its affiliates, and their directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sehaty360 concerning the Service.
